Today , Sinda Thermal got a new demand for the aluminum extrusion heatsink from Canada customer, thia heatsink is used on LED applications. The material is aluminum 6063-T5, and with the standard original anodizing surface treatment. This heatsink order will be finished by extrusion hard tooling mode , and it takes about 3 weeks production lead time.
The characteristics of extrusion heatsink make it suitable for heat dissipation fields with large batch, low power consumption and low price requirements. It is mainly used in ordinary CPU heatsink, led low-power lighting and low-power chip heat dissipation. It is a process choice with high volume supply and good cost performance.
