500pcs Crimped Fin Heatsink Shipped To Singapore Customer

     20 days  ago, Sinda Thermal recceived an order of 500pcs demand for the aluminum crimped fin heatsink. This heatsink uses high density plug-in fin of aluminum material, which makes the heatsink design much more flexible. Today , we finished and shipped the samples to customer, thanks again for  choosing Sinda Thermal. 

    The crimp fin heatsink adopts a straight tube push inflation machine to expand the tube, so that the aluminum pipe wall and the liner can achieve plastic deformation. After springback, the combination is tight, the surface is smooth, and the dimensional accuracy is high. The plug assembly can achieve 100% no leakage. Therefore, there is no waste in the production process, reducing the waste of energy. In addition, welding is not required in the assembly process, which has no overheating effect on the surface of the insert radiator, saving a lot of manpower and energy.
